This year after two years of not having customers visits, we finally got to welcome them back with a bang. Our first visit happened in May, and they have been rolling in since. So far this year we have facilitated over 9 visits with more still to come and our calendar filling up for 2023 already!
The customer visits are a hugely popular day giving us in ROBUS HQ a chance to meet and get to know our trusted customers. It also gives the customers a chance to get a closer look at how we operate around here whilst also getting presentations on various topics of interest to them. The day is usually led by an Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a tour of our premises included ensuring you get a birds’ eye view of ROBUS followed by presentations and then a tasty lunch. The presentations are a favourable part of the day with customers getting an opportunity to learn more about different ROBUS ranges such as LINX and HUMANITAS or more in depth talks on new products. As well as this they can expect talks on our quality control processes, our conversions department, ROBUS GO.
The day doesn’t end there as most customers take advantage of the night in Dublin with dinner and drinks in Temple Bar and a trip to the renowned Guiness Storehouse for some much-needed downtime after a day of travelling and exploring ROBUS.
